Simple Asparagus Salad

Simple Asparagus Salad:
Ingredients:
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and washed
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until tender.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with shaved Parmesan cheese, if desired.
